This office is absolutely amazing. The staff is so warm and welcoming. My daughter was super nervous about going in but they made her feel very comfortable and at home. Dr. Serrano and Stephanie are true gems. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The front desk staff very cheerful and welcoming. Stephanie is extremely helpful in explaining the details of services offered and she made the registration process quick and easy. Both doctor Paul Serrano and Doctor Andrew Serrano are extremely thorough and took plenty of time to explain and answer questions. They clearly want to customize treatment to what's best for each patient. Explained each step so that I was fully informed before making a decision and that I was then comfortable with that decision.The workup process was streamlined and efficient. The office itself is a very relaxing atmosphere.. They provided me with needed supplies. Each follow up visit has been encouraging as my braces improve my alignment. Each time they make an adjustment, they explain exactly what I should do and expect. I recommend Serrano for both kids and adults! Great experience all around!
