Many thanks to Sue and Danna at the front desk for always being understanding and accommodating. Angela was professional and encouraging during hardware exchange. Stephanie always making sure everything going well. Much appreciated! Serrano orthodontics is a first class operation.. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The front desk staff very cheerful and welcoming. Stephanie is extremely helpful in explaining the details of services offered and she made the registration process quick and easy. Both doctor Paul Serrano and Doctor Andrew Serrano are extremely thorough and took plenty of time to explain and answer questions. They clearly want to customize treatment to what's best for each patient. Explained each step so that I was fully informed before making a decision and that I was then comfortable with that decision.The workup process was streamlined and efficient. The office itself is a very relaxing atmosphere.. They provided me with needed supplies. Each follow up visit has been encouraging as my braces improve my alignment. Each time they make an adjustment, they explain exactly what I should do and expect. I recommend Serrano for both kids and adults! Great experience all around!Load more
