My experience with Serrano Orthodontics over the past 18 months has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing. Everyone of them knows me by name and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I honestly can't say enough about how happy I am that I chose Serrano. Serrano Orthodontics is the best place to take care of your orthodontic needs. Both our two daugters went through the process successfully and we were very satisfied by the extreme kindness, support and professionality of this company. Now l am starting the journey for myself and being in my fifties with multiple dental problems, l cannot take any risks. That's why l trust doctor Serrano's long experience and deep expertise. I would like to say thank you to all this wonderful team! Just had another great appointment with Dr. Andrew Serrano. It is great to see progress in my alignment.  Many thanks to Sue and Danna at the front desk for always being understanding and accommodating.  Angela was professional and encouraging during hardware exchange.  Stephanie always making sure everything going well.  Much appreciated! Serrano orthodontics is a first class operation.. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The front desk staff very cheerful and welcoming. Stephanie is extremely helpful in explaining the details of services offered and she made the registration process quick and easy. Both doctor Paul Serrano and Doctor Andrew Serrano are extremely thorough and took plenty of time to explain and answer questions. They clearly want to customize treatment to what's best for each patient. Explained each step so that I was fully informed before making a decision and that I was then comfortable with that decision.The workup process was streamlined and efficient. The office itself is a very relaxing atmosphere.. They provided me with needed supplies.  Each follow up visit has been encouraging as my braces improve my alignment.
