The collaboration between Dr. Serrano, father, and Dr. Andrew, son, allows our practice to treat patients more efficiently than that of one orthodontist. Dr. Paul Serrano
As devoted as ever to his practice, board-certified orthodontist Dr. Serrano has been practicing for over three decades and continues to love what he does every day! He wants his patients to remember him for the excellent care he and his team provided and make the experience fond to look back on.
Education and Training
In addition to a Master’s degree in Oral Biology from Brown University, Dr. Serrano attended UCLA for dental school and completed his orthodontic residency at UCSF. A lifelong learner, his dedication to the profession continues through professional memberships to organizations like the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, the American Association of Orthodontics, and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, just to name a few!
Dr. Andrew Serrano
Taking an interest in orthodontics at a young age, thanks to his father, Dr. Serrano, Dr. Andrew quickly saw the incredible impact a straight smile can have on orthodontic patients. He is passionate about every patient walking through the doors feeling like they have joined a family that will take fantastic care of them. Proud to be board-certified, he strives to make the experience something they will never forget.
Education and Training
Completing his major in biotechnology at Brown University, Dr. Andrew later attended Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health for his doctorate degree, his master’s in public health and finally, his orthodontic residency. Dedicated to providing only the best-advancing treatments to his patients, he continues his education by studying topics such as TMD/TMJ, sleep-disordered breathing, and accelerated orthodontic treatment.
Holding membership to some of the most respected professional organizations in the field, Dr. Andrew is proud to be part of the American Association of Orthodontics, Arizona Dental Association, American Sleep and Breathing Academy, and so many more!

Jeanmarie, Becky, Stephanie, and Renee operate as our knowledgeable treatment and financial coordinators. Orthodontic Technicians
Jane, Missy, Angela, Mary, and Stephanie serve as our orthodontic technicians. We like to call them the organized multi-taskers of our practice, taking care of everything from preparing you for your appointment, discussing the day’s treatment, and gathering the necessary dental equipment. Drs. Serrano and Andrew may need and more. They provide chairside assistance as well, while our orthodontists work on your teeth to make your treatment more efficient and effective.
Radiology and Records Technician
Celene and Sirena are responsible for taking panoramic x-rays and similar image scans of your teeth, jaws, and facial tissue used in helping our orthodontists find issues that need to be addressed. Because x-rays involve radiation, they are experts in keeping you safe from any dangerous exposure. They additionally support sterilizing equipment for next patient use.
Professional Relationship Coordinator
Shelley and Carlotta maintain strong relationships with our patients and excitedly help new ones on board! Together, they ensure you are getting the best care we can provide and offer you educational materials that may be of use to you during treatment.
